Refund Policy

How refunds, cancelling and billing questions work for Anti Tear.

Last updated

1. Try it free first

Anti Tear has a free 3-day trial with no card needed, so you can check that it works with your PCs and your capture card before you pay. Run the tear test during the trial to see the result on your own setup.

If you’re not sure Anti Tear fits your setup, ask us before you subscribe. We’d rather help you check than have you pay for something you can’t use.

2. Asking for a refund

If something is wrong, contact us first: email support@yusatweaks.com or open a ticket in our Discord. Refund requests go through support. We review each one and reply with our decision.

To help us find your payment, include:

  • the email address you paid with;
  • the date and amount of the charge;
  • what went wrong.

If Anti Tear isn’t working on your setup, tell us what happens and send us your logs: there’s often a fix.

3. If we refund you

The refund goes back to the payment method you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

If we refund your latest payment in full, your subscription ends with it and Anti Tear stops projecting.

Nothing in this policy limits any right to cancel, or to a refund, that you have under the law where you live.

4. Cancelling isn’t a refund

You can cancel any time. In Anti Tear, open Settings › Account and choose Manage subscription, then cancel on Stripe’s billing page. If you can’t get to it, contact us and we’ll help you cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals, so you aren’t charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. It doesn’t refund that month. To ask for a refund, contact us as above.

The free trial doesn’t need cancelling: nothing is charged when it ends.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a billing problem, contact us first and give us a reasonable chance to put it right.

A chargeback or payment dispute with your bank cancels your subscription straight away, and Anti Tear stops projecting.

We may contest a dispute by giving the payment provider relevant evidence, such as payment records, licence and sign-in records, and our messages with you. Knowingly filing a false or abusive dispute may mean we end your access to Anti Tear for good.

Nothing here stops you from using rights you have under the law or your payment provider’s policies.

6. Your card statement

Anti Tear charges appear on your card statement as YUSATWEAKS.COM. If you don’t recognise a charge, check the invoices on Stripe’s billing page (Settings › Account › Manage subscription), or ask us before you contact your bank.

7. Contact
