1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Anti Tear (“we”, “us”) for the Anti Tear app for Windows, its licence and its subscription, and this website.

By downloading Anti Tear, signing in to it or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use or buy it. Ask us first and we’ll answer your questions.

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and the Refund Policy explains how refunds work. Both apply alongside these terms.

2. The app and your licence

Anti Tear is a Windows app you install and run yourself. Downloading it is free. To project to your capture card you need a licence: the free trial or a subscription.

• Your licence belongs to the Discord account you sign in with. Keep that account to yourself.
• It works on one PC at a time. To move it, sign in on the new PC and choose Move here. The old PC can’t start projecting after that. Signing out on a PC also frees the licence.
• Anti Tear needs an internet connection to sign in and to check your licence from time to time.

We license Anti Tear to you for your own use, under the rules in Acceptable use below.

3. The free trial

• The trial is free for 3 days from your first sign-in. It needs no card, and nothing is charged when it ends.
• There’s one trial per Discord account and one per PC. A PC that has had a trial doesn’t get another with a different account.
• When the trial ends, Anti Tear still opens, but it won’t start projecting until you subscribe.

4. Subscription, renewal and price

The subscription is $5 a month, in US dollars. Updates are included.

It renews automatically every month, and the payment method you used is charged for the next month until you cancel.

If a renewal payment fails, Anti Tear keeps working for 2 days while the payment is retried. If it still hasn’t gone through by then, Anti Tear opens but won’t start projecting until it does, or until you subscribe again. To change your card, choose Update card on Home or Manage subscription in Settings › Account.

If the price changes, we’ll tell you before the new price applies to a renewal.

To subscribe, you must be 18, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any time. In Anti Tear, open Settings › Account and choose Manage subscription. It opens Stripe’s billing page, where you cancel. If you can’t get to it, email support@yusatweaks.com or open a ticket in our Discord and we’ll help you cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. After that, Anti Tear still opens, but it won’t start projecting until you subscribe again.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, through Stripe Checkout and Stripe’s billing page. You give your payment details to Stripe directly, and we never see or store your full card number. Anti Tear is the seller.

Charges appear on your card statement as YUSATWEAKS.COM.

On the billing page you can also change your email address, billing address and payment method, and see your invoices.

7. Refunds

If something is wrong, contact us first: email support@yusatweaks.com or open a ticket in our Discord. Refund requests go through support. We review each one and reply with our decision. The Refund Policy has the details.

Nothing in these terms limits any right to cancel, or to a refund, that you have under the law where you live.

8. Acceptable use

When you use Anti Tear:

• Don’t share your Discord account or your licence, or sell access to them.
• Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows you to.
• Don’t try to get around the licence or the one-trial rule, for example with extra Discord accounts.
• Pay only with a payment method that’s yours, or that its owner lets you use.
• Don’t use Anti Tear for anything unlawful, and treat our team with respect.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your licence (see Ending your access).

9. Updates

Anti Tear checks our server for updates a minute after it starts and every 6 hours, and when you choose Check for updates in Settings › Updates. It installs an update only when you choose Install update, and never while it’s projecting.

Updates are signed by us, and Anti Tear checks the signature before it installs one.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Anti Tear works with your graphics card, capture card, drivers, Windows and streaming software, which we don’t control, and results depend on them. We don’t promise that every capture card or display mode will work, or any particular refresh rate or result. The free trial is there so you can check it on your setup.

Anti Tear relies on Discord for sign-in and on Stripe for payments. We don’t control them and can’t promise they’ll always be available.

Anti Tear isn’t affiliated with the makers of the capture cards, graphics cards, games or streaming software it works with. Their names are trademarks of their owners.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from Anti Tear is limited to what you paid for your subscription in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, income or viewers. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t lawfully be limited.

11. Ending your access

You can stop using Anti Tear at any time: cancel your subscription, sign out and uninstall the app.

We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms, for example by sharing your account, paying with a payment method you’re not allowed to use, or filing a false payment dispute. A chargeback or payment dispute also cancels your subscription, as the Refund Policy explains.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. To the extent the law allows, disputes that must go to court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer protections that can’t be waived.

If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Anti Tear changes. The version on this page when you subscribe or renew applies to that month, and we’ll tell you about a change that affects your subscription before your next renewal. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
